It’s interesting how our mood and the weather affects our perception. I’d read through this exercise and wondered where I was going to go, to do it. Nursing a cold and walking in dismal grey weather, I walked to the end of my road to go to the shop.
It’s quite a quiet road. At one end is a huge park, and the other a busy road full of takeaways. On occasion there might be a small group of people drinking and smoking, maybe some rubbish where someones bin bag has spilled open.
